Shipping policy

SHIPPING

For all orders, please make sure that the address that you provide (via manual entry) is where you would like to have your shipment sent.  ButtaGrow Hair Care is NOT responsible for mail that’s delivered to an incorrect address, lost or stolen after delivery.

All domestic orders are shipped weekly via USPS or UPS

International orders are currently being shipped via DHL 

Orders take 3-5 business days to process.

US Shipping:  All orders in the US take 5 to 10 business days for arrival, excluding weekends, processing time and holidays. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery to arrive.  If you still have not receive your purchase after the 2 week period please notify us at info@buttagrowhaircare.com

International Shipping

We are not responsible for the Duty fee for any packages shipped international, cost paid for shipping is based on carriers pricing and does not include any duty charges.

We are not responsible for unclaimed packages.

We accept cancellations WITHIN 24 hours.

 

Return Packages:

Returned packages will be refunded less shipping fees. If you want the package reshipped, it’s a $8 reship fee.
